Megan and Andrew were my first maternity session–and “boy” were we excited to welcome their little boy! (See what I did there?!)
We planned to meet in Downtown SLC at the Courthouse: beautiful architecture to compliment the glowing mama and excited family. I knew it would give some room for their little girl to move around in and would not involve too much work or moving.
Only there was one problem.
I arrived early to check the lighting that day and there they were–evil orange construction cones of death. But seriously EVERYWHERE! So I went to work and scouted.
The Family of Three Arrived!
Even with the construction cones, we were able to get some darling images. I got to meet them and get to know their little family. I would never trade that day for no orange cones, because I could feel so much love within their family.

It has now been over a year and their little boy has become a best friend to their little girl, and lights up their family. Thank you for letting me be a part of it!
